That’s according to a new study from Yale University and University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
Apparently people who access the social network more often are not as happy and healthy as the rest of us who choose to use it sporadically.
Researchers studied the Facebook use and mental health of 5,208 volunteers from 2013 to 2015.
They did this by giving them surveys and also speaking to them.
